I haven't tried alcohol and cigarettes until 15 years old. My parents are not rich but they always wanted the best for me. I was grown-up with a lot of care. The reason to try drugs was not in my family. It was my curiosity. When I was 15 years old I began to smoke,to drink alcohol and going on discos. I began to try some kinds of drugs.

When I was seventeen years old I have already smoked marihuanna and I was taking a lot of pills. Later I wanted something stronger.So I began to use heroin. Some guys were talking to me that there would be very bad consequences,but I didn't want to believe that I could be addicted. I was thinking that I was stronger.One day I understood that I was addicted. I was stealing and cheating for money for the drugs. I wasn't eating,I was only 49 kg but my parents didn't understand for my problem for about 3 years. I had problems with the court about having heroin and I needed to tell to my parents about my problem. They were desperated,they didn't know what to do. And I began to go to doctors about 3 years,but nothing helped me. I was stopping for a little time and then again.

The drugs were part of my life,without them I wasn't myself ,I couldn't do anything. I was feeling emptiness in me I was trying to fill with something. Then appeared new problems with the court for robbary,I  needed to give back money to the bank...Tired of this life I understood that I needed to go somewhere to rehabilitation.

I didn't like the communities,I was thinking that they were ugly places with a lot of drug users gathered there.But thanks God I entered in a Christian center,called RETO. That is a center where there aren't cigarettes,no alcohol,no drugs. The people leading the center are ex-drug users,but with their faith in God they have changed their lifes. Before I was thinking I should stay drug addict for all my life. When I saw these people free already,I said to myself,if they could do it I also could. The hope for living returned to my life. There I believed in Jesus,I began to read the Bible,I started to do the things that were written inside and my life changed. I understood that for God there was nothing impossible.He made a miracle in my life. That are not only empty words,that is something real,the real change in one's life can be seen from your parents and all the people that know you from before. I stayed in this center about 3 years.I was in Sofia and when I went back home in Varna I needed to gather with people like me. I found them in "Future & hope". I found a good job and I started to go to evangelist pentecostal church.Thanks God I'm free from the drugs already 4 years,I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol.

Now I'm free from all the things that I was addicted before!
